HR & Administration Coordinator

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated and structured individual to take care of the recruitment of new employees as well as various administrative and organizational tasks.

Your tasks while working for us:

  • Independent management and implementation of the entire recruiting process, from job advertisement to hiring new employees
  • Preparation and review of commission statements
  • Coordination and communication with the external payroll department
  • Management and organization of the company’s own fleet
  • Contact person for phone contracts and coordination with providers

This is what we want from you:

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification, ideally with experience in human resources or administration
  • Experience in recruiting and administrative activities an advantage
  • Structured, independent and reliable way of working
  • High sense of responsibility and discretion
  • Strong communication skills and service orientation
  • Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with payroll accounting systems
