To standardize the processes in your company, we use the ACTIVATE method, among others. It is a proven approach developed by SAP to make the implementation of SAP solutions in companies more efficient and successful. This methodology, which is based on proven best practices and years of experience, provides a structured framework for planning, executing and optimizing SAP projects.
In the Prepare phase, we start with the actual preparations for the project. A detailed project plan is drawn up that includes objectives, scope, roles, responsibilities, control procedures and an escalation matrix.
In the Explore phase, we carry out so-called fit-gap analyses. This involves examining which company processes fit with SAP best practices (FIT) and where adjustments are necessary (GAP). In the Realize phase, the project team sets up the new SAP S/4HANA environment, configures it and migrates the data.
